In February of 2006, I was diagnosed with a bladder condition called interstitial cystitis. When my doctor used the word “incurable”, I was in a state of fear. I approached my healing with the energy of fear by rigidly controlling my diet, taking supplements and everything I could think of to help myself. I started seeing Kaiilama a month following my diagnosis and through breathwork and her gentle, insightful coaching, I was first able to release the fear surrounding my illness.
