Description
Each individual session is specifically designed for your own personal life journey. The first 35/40 minutes of the two hour session is a time to share, reflect, intend, receive feedback, Wisdom teachings and additional tools are offered such as The Work of Byron Katie; the second half is a fully facilitated breath session with debrief.
