 Women of all ages and walks of life gathering together, once monthly to create and receive support of a Loving Community, learn and grow, create, heal and enliven overall well-being through the doorways of inner truth, LOVE, wisdom and Therapeutic Breath. Each class includes beginning meditation, sharing, focused teaching, fully facilitated Connected Breath Session and Debrief.
